Northrop & Johnson is offering the 48.77-metre Royal Hakvoort LADY MAXINE for sale at €24.995 million, with the yacht currently displayed at the Monaco Yacht Show 2026. Delivered in 2010, she has undergone significant refit programmes in 2021, 2024 and again in 2026.

The most recent programme included a full AV/IT upgrade and an interior refit overseen by Sinot, following an extensive mechanical refit and renewed five-year special class survey in 2024. That sequence means the yacht reaches the current brokerage market with substantial recent investment on both the technical and guest-facing sides.

703GT creates unusual volume below 50 metres

LADY MAXINE has 703GT of interior volume, a notable figure for a yacht just under 49 metres. The accommodation is arranged for 14 guests in seven ensuite staterooms, including a private owner's deck positioned on the sun deck and two VIP suites on the bridge deck.

A glass elevator serves the guest decks, adding accessibility while also becoming a visible architectural element within the interior. The seven-cabin layout gives the yacht flexibility for large family groups or mixed guest parties without relying on convertible saloon spaces for additional sleeping capacity.

Recent refit history addresses several major ownership costs

The 2024 work included an extensive mechanical refit and renewal of the yacht's five-year special class survey, while the 2026 programme focused on AV/IT and interior finishes. Those are significant areas because machinery, survey compliance, electronics and interiors are among the most expensive categories to update on an older yacht.

Buyers will still need to examine the detailed invoices, class records and remaining maintenance forecast rather than assuming all future work has been eliminated. Even so, recent documented investment can make the first years of ownership more predictable than on a yacht approaching the same milestones without completed work.
