Vitters has turned the hull of Project 3095 and moved the 68-metre sailing yacht into the yard’s new production shed. The move marks the transition from primary structural work into a more complex outfitting phase involving multiple specialist disciplines.
Project 3095 is a 68-metre ketch with exterior and interior design by Hoek Design. Interior styling is led by Bunny Williams, while Van Ineveld & Co is overseeing the project on behalf of the owners.
The yacht is the first vessel to occupy Vitters’ newly completed production building. The shed measures about 80 metres long by 30 metres wide and was formally opened by children of Vitters employees before the yacht was moved inside.
With the hull enclosed, painters, electrical-system specialists and interior subcontractors can begin work in sequence once hot work is completed. The new facility gives the yard additional protected space for large custom sailing-yacht programmes.
Vitters said the production shed doors would remain closed through the main outfitting period until the yacht reaches a later presentation stage. The project will now progress through systems integration, surface preparation, painting and interior installation.
The milestone gives a clearer indication of the yacht’s scale and moves Project 3095 deeper into the build programme. It also demonstrates how Vitters is expanding infrastructure alongside an order book increasingly focused on large, technically sophisticated sailing yachts.
