Custom Line Navetta 35 Set for World Premiere at Cannes 2026

Sept. 5, 2026 Event Custom Line

Custom Line will give the 34.5-metre Navetta 35 its world premiere at the Cannes Yachting Festival from 8 to 13 September 2026. The new displacement model pairs five-cabin accommodation with extensive glazing, a three-deck layout and up to 1,800 nautical miles of range in economy mode.

Custom Line will present the Navetta 35 to the international market at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2026, giving the 34.5-metre displacement yacht its world premiere from 8 to 13 September. The debut places the newest Navetta model at the centre of the brand’s autumn show programme and comes during Custom Line’s 30th anniversary year, a milestone Ferretti Group says follows the construction of more than 300 made-to-measure yachts.

A new 34.5-metre Navetta for the displacement range

Navetta 35 measures 34.5 metres in length with a beam of 7.7 metres and sits in Custom Line’s displacement offering below 270 GT. The project was developed by Ferretti Group’s Strategic Product Committee and Engineering Department, with Custom Line Atelier providing strategic input into the interior styling. Exterior design is by Filippo Salvetti, while ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel developed the interior architecture.

The yacht is arranged across three decks and offers more than 300 square metres of indoor and outdoor space. Accommodation is for up to 10 guests in five cabins, with the owner’s suite on the main deck and four guest cabins on the lower deck. Ferretti Group says the circulation plan was developed to preserve privacy and keep guest and crew routes functional while maintaining a strong connection between the principal living areas.

Glazing and circulation shape the onboard experience

Large full-height windows are a central part of the Navetta 35 concept, bringing natural light through the yacht and reinforcing the visual link between interior spaces and the sea. The exterior profile combines sculpted surfaces, clean lines and balanced volumes, while the stern arrangement is designed to strengthen the physical connection with the water and make the cockpit an important social area.

An unusual element of the layout is the treatment of the staircase and aft circulation. By removing an external staircase from the aft end of the main deck, the design frees the cockpit from a conventional vertical circulation route and allows the area to work as a more flexible entertaining space. Inside, the staircase is integrated more discreetly into the accommodation plan, supporting the yard’s aim of creating what it describes as an almost transparent naval architecture.

Light Mood interiors for the first Navetta 35

For the first Navetta 35, ACPV ARCHITECTS developed a Light Mood interior concept using ivory, beige and caramel tones. Pietra di Vicenza, pale timber flooring and sand-coloured leather are combined with custom-made freestanding furniture designed by Antonio Citterio, with many pieces raised from the floor to preserve sightlines and reinforce the sense of visual lightness created by the glazing.

The design approach is intended to make the yacht feel open without losing the separation required between social, private and service spaces. That balance is particularly important in a yacht of this length, where the design team has sought to combine the volume expected from a modern displacement platform with the more tailored character associated with Custom Line’s made-to-measure programme.

Range and performance for longer passages

Standard propulsion is provided by two 1,400 hp MAN V12 engines, with Ferretti Group quoting a range of up to 1,800 nautical miles in economy mode. An alternative installation using two 1,622 hp CAT C32 engines is also offered and is expected to deliver a top speed of up to 16 knots, according to preliminary data. A full-load draught of 2.2 metres is intended to retain access to shallower cruising grounds while supporting the yacht’s long-range displacement role.

The Cannes appearance will give buyers, brokers and industry visitors their first show opportunity to assess the completed Navetta 35 against those design objectives. Custom Line will also display the Saetta 106’ at the festival, but the Navetta 35 world premiere is the more significant debut for the brand’s displacement range as it enters its fourth decade.
