D-Marin has opened an early-booking offer for 2027 annual berths at D-Marin Livorno, with discounts of up to 15 percent depending on the contract start date. The offer is available during September 2026 and applies while berth availability remains.

The new marina can accommodate yachts up to 80 metres, making the campaign relevant to a substantial part of the superyacht fleet as well as smaller leisure craft. D-Marin is promoting the offer as part of the phased development of Livorno's new marina within the historic port area.

2027 annual contracts carry up to 15 percent discount

D-Marin says clients securing a 2027 annual berth during the early-booking period can save up to 15 percent. The exact reduction depends on the contract terms and start date, so yacht owners and managers need a specific quotation rather than assuming the headline discount applies to every berth.

The offer is scheduled to run until 30 September 2026 and is subject to limited availability. That gives yachts planning their 2027 western Mediterranean programme an opportunity to secure a longer-term base before the next summer season.

Livorno can accommodate yachts up to 80 metres

D-Marin's current information states that Livorno has berthing capacity for yachts up to 80 metres. The marina is being brought into service in phases, so current operational capacity should be distinguished from the larger final masterplan.

D-Marin has previously described an eventual development of 815 berths once the project is complete. The live marina information, however, refers to the capacity available during the present phase rather than treating the full future total as already operational.

Tuscany adds a new large-yacht base

Livorno gives visiting yachts direct access to Tuscany while remaining connected to the established western Mediterranean cruising circuit. The location can serve yachts moving between the Ligurian coast, northern Tyrrhenian Sea, Corsica and the central Italian coast.

For larger yachts, the ability to combine an 80-metre berth limit with annual contracting is particularly relevant. It creates another option for owners and managers looking beyond short seasonal calls towards a more stable regional base.
