Evene Introduces Quest 72 and Quest 63 Beachlander Tenders

A new range for reaching the shoreline

Evene Tenders has unveiled the Quest Series, a family of beachlander tenders intended to serve larger superyachts as transport and exploration craft. The 15 September announcement previews a 2027 introduction for the 7.20-metre Quest 72, with a smaller 6.30-metre Quest 63 also planned.

The range is not described as delivered or in full production today. Evene positions it around beach access and the changing demands placed on a tender when guests carry equipment ashore instead of simply travelling between the yacht and a marina.

A configurable foredeck

The Quest 72 has a forward area that can be arranged for seating, Seabobs, bicycles or other excursion equipment, plus a walkthrough transom for guest movement. The concept aims to let the same craft support a quiet beach landing and a day of watersports without requiring a different hull for every activity.

Evene lists seating for up to 13 passengers and a low-profile configuration designed to fit superyacht garages. Actual lift points, certified passenger limits and stowage clearances will need checking against the finished tender and its host yacht.

Propulsion and safety integration

The published specification includes a 250hp Yanmar 4LV diesel engine, HVO compatibility and a claimed maximum speed of up to 40mph. Evene also describes a centrally integrated SOLAS rescue-boat mechanism with a self-righting bag, subject to the appropriate final approval and selected configuration.

The range retains elements of the Origin Series, including a Petestep hull, cork decking and materials promoted as more resource-conscious. A model-specific operating profile remains necessary before making claims about fuel consumption or emissions.

What remains to be confirmed

The Quest 63 is named in the announcement, but its layout and fuller technical specification have not yet been released. Owners considering a new-build or refit installation should request the completed design and verify the boat's weight, height and certification before making garage decisions.
