Floatist has launched a managed website product for charter fleet operators that displays live availability, equipment details and booking payments.
Charter management platform Floatist has introduced managed marketing websites aimed at yacht fleet operators, linking public booking information with the software used by a base. The company describes the product as an alternative to a brochure-style site that sends potential guests elsewhere to check availability.
The September announcement says Floatist's platform serves more than 750 charter yachts worldwide. That fleet figure is a company-reported operating measure, not the number of new websites delivered under this separate service.
The website product shows current yacht availability and supports integrated payments. A prospective charter guest can therefore move from looking at an individual vessel towards a booking decision without waiting for a manual exchange about an open date.
Floatist also places yacht manuals on individual boat pages, allowing visitors to check equipment and layout before committing. The approach treats operational details as part of sales information rather than material kept entirely behind a crew or base-management login.
Sites are described as translated into more than 15 languages and optimised for mobile loading, search engines and AI-driven discovery. Translation quality and current inventory accuracy remain matters for each operator to inspect after setup.
The company includes Google Reviews integration, a blog for destination guides and fleet news, social-sharing cards and monthly performance reports. These functions aim to bring public marketing activity into the same workflow as bookings and yacht preparation.
Floatist says incoming enquiries and reservations feed into its existing dashboard. That could reduce retyping between a public website and base operations, but a prospective customer should ask how conflicting inventory or changes are handled in practice.
The business offers the managed site within the existing subscription for current Floatist customers without an additional monthly fee. Operators outside the platform can access the product from €39 a month, according to its published September statement.
That starting price is the supplier's description of an entry route, not an audited total cost for every booking configuration. Operators should clarify payment fees, domain arrangements, cancellation data, support levels and the amount of custom work included.
Charter bases often manage seasonal staff, turnarounds and maintenance across a fleet. A website that uses current operational records may improve continuity, provided there is a disciplined process for updating those records and resolving guest questions.
For a superyacht charter management company, the same questions apply at a different scale, although bespoke crewed charters involve more complex negotiations than an instant small-boat booking. The service should be evaluated against actual contracting and payment practice.
The company says its own team handles setup rather than leaving every integration to the operator. A useful procurement test is to follow one booking from first page view to confirmation, crew preparation, payment reconciliation and later guest communication.
