Heesen Offers 55m Project Diana for Q2 2027 Delivery

Heesen continues to list Project Diana, hull YN 21455, within its available in-build yacht programme for delivery in the second quarter of 2027. The yacht develops the yard's approximately 55-metre steel Fast Displacement Hull Form platform with changes to deck styling, guest accommodation and the stern pool arrangement.

This is a current order-book profile based on the builder's published availability and specifications, not a new sale or launch. The project also has an existing fleet record on Superyacht Guide, allowing its construction status and planned handover to be followed separately from editorial coverage.

Updated profile on a proven platform

Omega Architects is responsible for the exterior treatment, including a sharper wheelhouse profile and revised mast. Heesen says reduced window mullions in the principal lounges increase the visual connection between interior spaces and the sea.

The main-deck aft infinity pool and upgraded bridge-deck VIP accommodation are significant changes from a purely conventional series layout. They are intended to make the platform useful to different ownership and guest-use patterns.

Fast Displacement Hull Form

The steel hull uses Heesen's Fast Displacement Hull Form developed with Van Oossanen. The builder pairs it with MTU propulsion and reports a maximum speed of 15.5 knots and range of 4,500 nautical miles at 12 knots.

Those are official design specifications, not a verified sea-trial report for Diana. A delivery-stage performance assessment requires commissioning and the applicable trials before the yacht enters service.

Six guest suites and a wellness beach club

The layout provides for twelve guests in six cabins, including an owner's suite of approximately 86 square metres. Four guest cabins are on the lower deck, with a VIP suite on the bridge deck; crew accommodation is specified for thirteen.

Heesen's project description places a wellness-focused gym in the beach-club area. Luca Dini Design & Architecture has developed an interior using neutral materials and natural textures, according to the yard.
