Fraser has added the 31.2m Cerri Cantieri Navali motor yacht VANADIS to its sales fleet with a current asking price of €7.5 million, EU VAT paid. Delivered in 2019 and listed after a 2026 refit, the aluminum yacht combines long-range cruising capability with a hybrid propulsion system and accommodation for six guests.
The brokerage announcement was published on 14 August and lists Georges Bourgoignie and Daria Pop as the brokers handling the sale. Fraser’s current sales profile provides the detailed technical specification and describes continued investment in the yacht’s systems.
VANADIS uses a Siemens-managed DC Bus hybrid propulsion arrangement combining twin Caterpillar engines, electric motors and 360-degree Schottel pods. Fraser states a 2,700 nautical mile range at 9.5 knots, while the current specification lists an 11.5-knot cruising speed and a 13-knot maximum speed.
The yacht also carries CMC fins for stabilization and a dynamic positioning system, with Fraser presenting the propulsion architecture as a central part of the yacht’s efficiency-focused design. The sales profile further describes the system as future-ready for alternative-fuel generators, positioning the engineering package as one of the vessel’s principal distinguishing features.
Built in aluminum, VANADIS measures 31.2m with a 7.02m beam and a 2.15m draft, and has a gross tonnage of 187 GT. Fraser credits Guido de Groot Design with both exterior and interior design and Ginton in the Netherlands with naval architecture.
The interior accommodates six guests in three en-suite staterooms, including a full-beam owner’s suite with a sofa, desk and walk-in wardrobe. Two twin cabins complete the guest arrangement, while accommodation is provided for a crew of five.
Exterior living is concentrated around a full-length sundeck with a retractable sunroof, dining for up to 10 guests, a barbecue, lounge seating and aft sunbeds. A separate foredeck sun area adds another guest space away from the main aft-deck circulation.
At water level, the large aft platform carries a 4.6m Castoldi tender while underway and converts into a beach club at anchor with sunbeds and direct access to the sea. Fraser highlights this transformation as one of the yacht’s defining lifestyle features alongside the long-range hybrid package.
Fraser lists VANADIS at €7.5 million with EU VAT paid and records the yacht as built in 2019 with a 2026 refit. The yacht is maintained to commercial-compliance standards under private registration, carries the Malta flag and is classed by Lloyd’s Register.
