Monaco Yacht Show has added the Mengi Yay explorer GRAY WOLF to its exhibitor yacht list for 23–26 September 2026, assigning the 52.4-metre vessel berth E09 at Quai des États-Unis. The listing identifies the Turkish yard as exhibitor and provides a beam of 8.9 metres and draught of 2.6 metres, making this a specific display confirmation rather than an unverified attendance forecast.

The vessel was launched at Mengi Yay's Tuzla yard on 5 April, so the September appearance is not a new launch or delivery announcement. The shipyard described Monaco as the planned international public debut in its April project announcement, and the official exhibition listing now confirms its allotted berth.

Virtus XP design and structure

GRAY WOLF, built as yard number NB 113, is the first Virtus XP explorer and the largest vessel Mengi Yay had launched at the time of its official release. Its steel hull and aluminium superstructure were developed for long-distance cruising and an arrangement balancing outdoor deck space with protected accommodation.

VYD Studio is credited with the yacht's exterior and interior design, while Van Oossanen Naval Architects undertook naval architecture and engineering calculations. Antalyacht acted as the owner's representative during the project, according to the shipyard's account.

Range and performance claimed by the builder

Mengi Yay states a range of approximately 6,000 nautical miles at 10 knots, a cruising speed of 12 knots and a maximum of 15 knots for the Virtus XP. These figures are published design and builder specifications, not results independently measured by Superyacht Guide during a sea trial.

The yard identifies fuel capacity above 65,000 litres and freshwater capacity of approximately 15,000 litres, reflecting the project's focus on extended operations. The exact practical range for an owner will depend on loading, weather, hotel loads, maintenance and operating speed.

Attendees can use the official Monaco yacht entry for the latest display position and visit arrangements. Access to individual yachts can be limited by exhibitor invitations and show procedures, so a listed berth alone should not be treated as an open-public boarding promise.
