METSTRADE has unveiled its 2026 content programme covering market change, AI, advanced propulsion, sustainability and emerging boatbuilding technologies.

Programme responds to a changing market

METSTRADE says its 2026 content programme has been built around the commercial and technological changes affecting leisure marine businesses. The organiser cites changing customer expectations, digital transformation and pressure to improve efficiency as central themes for this year’s sessions.

Technology moves to the foreground

Sessions will examine automation, artificial intelligence, advanced materials, connected technologies and advanced propulsion. The programme also includes sustainability case studies and the Marine Impact Lab, giving suppliers and builders a forum for practical responses to environmental targets.

Premium yacht segment remains resilient

METSTRADE points to recent ICOMIA and Boats Group analysis showing continued pressure in the volume market while the premium 56-to-79ft category recorded 10.6% volume growth. The programme will run alongside networking and industry awards activity at METSTRADE 2026.
