Metstrade is preparing its largest edition to date after a record 2025 show, with 1,700 exhibitors and further expansion across specialist marine sectors. The March plan also set out increased space for the superyacht and marina industries.

Metstrade set out plans for a larger 2026 edition after reporting strong commercial momentum from its 2025 show. The March announcement said demand for exhibition space was running ahead of the previous cycle and that the event was targeting 1,700 exhibitors at RAI Amsterdam.

A larger footprint for specialist marine sectors

The plans included additional space for the superyacht supply chain and a closer relationship between superyacht, marina and yard exhibitors. At that stage of planning, the Superyacht Zone was expected to move into Halls 7 and 8 while the Marina & Yard Zone was due to move to Hall 9.

The announcement followed a 2025 edition that occupied the complete RAI complex and recorded 31,878 visits from attendees representing 140 nations. Metstrade said the number of visiting companies had risen by four per cent compared with 2024, giving the organisers confidence to expand the event further.

Superyacht plans continued to evolve

The March release represented an earlier stage of the 2026 floor plan rather than the final configuration. Superyacht Guide subsequently reported the later Superyacht Zone expansion update, reflecting further development of the specialist zone as preparations for the November show continued.

Metstrade 2026 is scheduled for 17–19 November 2026 at RAI Amsterdam. The event combines marine equipment, materials and systems exhibitors with dedicated content and networking programmes across the leisure-marine and superyacht sectors.
