Frigomar Introduces 210,000 BTU CU210 Yacht Chiller
Frigomar has introduced its CU210VFDT chiller with 210,000 BTU/h capacity, a titanium seawater exchanger and the same compact dimensions as its 180,000 BTU unit.

SeaAir is presenting its cloud-connected marine climate-control platform at IBEX 2026, combining variable-speed DC air conditioning with remote diagnostics, energy management and software-based system monitoring.
The company’s platform connects onboard climate equipment to cloud services that can report operating data, alerts and diagnostic information. SeaAir describes the approach as giving owners, builders and technicians a clearer view of system health without relying solely on an onboard service visit.
Its “Technician in a Box” concept is designed to expose live operating data and support AI-driven health assessments, creating the possibility of identifying developing problems before they become failures.
A central feature is SeaAir’s patented Power Budgeting system. Owners can set the amount of battery energy available to air conditioning, allowing the system to adapt its operation around a defined power limit rather than running at a fixed demand.
That approach is particularly relevant as yachts and tenders adopt larger battery banks, hybrid systems and quieter overnight operating modes.
SeaAir is also showing 16,000 BTU systems in 48V and 120V configurations aimed at larger saloons, bridge decks and staterooms. Its wider variable-speed range includes compact DC systems with app control, over-the-air updates and titanium condensers.
The technology reflects a broader trend towards treating HVAC as part of the yacht’s connected digital infrastructure rather than as a standalone mechanical system.
