Ibiza JoySail reports class wins for Moat, WinWin and Cervo on 19 September, with several contests still open ahead of the event finale.
Ibiza JoySail's third day of racing on 19 September 2026 sent the fleet from the western side of Ibiza, past Es Codolar and Punta Jondal, towards Es Vedrà. The race committee used staggered starts and separate rounding instructions for different divisions before bringing the yachts together towards the finish.
The regatta has 19 yachts across five classes, with World Cruising and several Performance Cruising divisions taking part. Organisers said the course produced a mixture of upwind and downwind choices, increasing the tactical demands compared with the preceding day's racing.
The organiser's report names Moat, WinWin and Cervo among the yachts taking class wins on day three. It also describes a close contest involving Point Counter Point and Rose, in which an early-start penalty affected the former yacht's classification.
The report contains conflicting wording about whether Point Counter Point retained a class win despite being placed behind Rose. In the absence of a corrected official classification, Superyacht Guide is not treating that result as settled.
In World Cruising, Nostromo finished ahead of Aurelius, leaving the outcome of that division undecided before the final scheduled day on 20 September. The organiser also identified the Owner Driver and Perpetual trophies as competitions yet to be resolved.
Marina Ibiza is hosting the event from 17 to 20 September, with racing planned around Ibiza and Formentera. The final results will need a separate official confirmation after the last races, rather than assuming that the day-three positions determine the overall winners.
