ISA Yachts Sells 73m Custom Superyacht With Underwater Nemo Room

ISA Yachts has sold a new 73-metre custom superyacht to an American owner, with delivery scheduled for 2030. The project brings Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design into its first collaboration with ISA Yachts for both exterior and interior design.

Azure Yacht Design & Naval Architecture is responsible for the naval architecture, while LIST AG is involved with the interior fit-out. The yacht is being developed as a fully custom project rather than as a derivative of one of ISA's established series.

Sinot begins first project with ISA Yachts

The 73-metre yacht marks the first collaboration between ISA Yachts and Sinot, giving the Dutch studio responsibility for both exterior and interior design. That dual role is intended to create a consistent design language from the profile through to the principal guest spaces.

Azure is providing the naval architecture needed to translate the custom brief into the technical platform. LIST AG's involvement adds a specialist interior-production partner to a project that will continue through a multi-year construction programme before the planned 2030 delivery.

Underwater Nemo Room becomes a focal point

One of the project's most unusual features is a dedicated underwater Nemo Room positioned below the waterline. Large glazing is intended to create a direct view into the surrounding sea and turn the space into an immersive part of the guest experience.

The feature places the project within a small group of large yachts using underwater observation spaces as a major architectural element. Its integration will require the glazing, structure and surrounding technical systems to be treated as part of the yacht's core engineering rather than as a later interior addition.

Fourteen guests and a dedicated owner's deck

The accommodation plan is designed for 14 guests, with six guest cabins in addition to the owner's suite. The owner is allocated a dedicated deck, separating the principal private accommodation from the remaining guest areas.

Crew accommodation is planned for 22 people, reflecting the operating demands of a 73-metre custom yacht. The capacity also indicates the scale of service, maintenance and hotel operations expected once the yacht enters use.

2030 delivery adds to ISA's long-range order book

Delivery is scheduled for 2030, giving the yard and project team a long construction and outfitting window. The contract therefore adds another large custom programme to ISA Yachts' forward workload rather than a near-term speculative build.

The sale also broadens the design partnerships appearing within ISA's custom portfolio. With Sinot, Azure and LIST AG all involved, the 73-metre yacht brings together an international team around one of the yard's most distinctive future projects.
