Royal Yacht International has signed a fully custom 125m-plus Lürssen new build exceeding 6,000 GT, with Espen Øino exterior design and delivery planned for May 2032.
Royal Yacht International has announced the signing of Project M, a fully custom Lürssen superyacht measuring more than 125 metres. The brokerage says the yacht will exceed 6,000 gross tons and is scheduled for delivery in May 2032.
RYI founder and chief executive Tommaso Chiabra is representing the buyer alongside the wider project team. The announcement confirms a construction contract and delivery target, but it does not disclose the contract value, exact length or detailed propulsion specification.
Espen Øino has been appointed for the exterior design, bringing one of the industry's established large-yacht studios into the programme. Royal Yacht International says the yacht is being developed entirely around the owner's long-term vision rather than from a standard platform.
No interior designer was named in the initial announcement, and the published information does not yet include accommodation numbers or deck plans. Those details should therefore remain open until the project team or shipyard releases them directly.
Royal Yacht International says its work has included securing the build slot, negotiating commercial terms and assembling specialist design and technical expertise. The brokerage expects to represent the buyer throughout development, construction and delivery.
That role makes Project M a long-duration new-build management assignment as well as a brokerage transaction. With a 2032 delivery target, specification development and construction milestones will extend over several years and may evolve as approvals and owner decisions progress.
